Colombia Highway to San Agustin. Road to nowhere - it gradually gets smaller and smaller until it totally disappears in the Jungle - where cows are bigger issue than traffic.

Colombia Famous Trampoline of Death. 78 km of dirt road winding from 500m asl to nearly 3000m asl through mountains covered with pristine Jungle. Sounds like wilderness? It is the main highway linking two most Southern departments in Colombia.

Ecuador Paramo El Angel. During this 1 and a half day-ride we didn't see a single vehicle; beautiful and peaceful ride through rolling hills covered until the horizon with these peculiar Andean vegetation.

Ecuador Cotopaxi NP. To get there and through there was very hard (first our hateful cobbles, then sandy track), but the views of the volcano with wild horses grazing on the side of the road were undoubtedly rewarding.

Peru land of deep cut valleys. Building roads in the Andes is expensive and challenging. Peruvian solution for this - building roads along rivers on the bottom of a valley. However, the valleys are so narrow that sometimes there is barely enough room for the road.

Peru 4720m asl. The highest point we reached by bike!!!

Peru 56km-long downhill. The longest downhill we've ever done. It could be fun, if it wasn't for the bumps, holes and missing asphalt, the dogs chasing us, a bit too narrow road, heavy traffic and disrespectful drivers...
